We’re a tight-knit team here at Three Crowns, with talents and interests ranging from Lord of the Rings to playing live music and even building arcade games.
To show off our creative crew, we’re bringing you a new series each Monday highlighting a different team member.
Let’s kick off with the newest addition to 3C, our Director of Digital Media: Brodrick Lothringer!
I’m Brodrick, and I run digital media marketing at Three Crowns. I got started in digital marketing back in 2017 at Banyan Medical Systems where I helped run webinars and other online events. I left the healthcare industry to get started in finance and joined Carson Group, where I produced webinars, YouTube videos, advertisements and podcasts like Framework and Facts vs Feelings. In that time, I also started teaching business courses for Wayne State College.
I love helping people tell their stories. Today, we have so many media platforms to create content on like YouTube, podcasts and TikTok. With all of these, many can’t decide which outlet is the best to share what they have to offer with the world, and in turn never get started. I love sitting down with individuals to sift through all of the noise and discuss their ideas for what their show would look like in a perfect world. From there, we decide which platform would best fit their content and create a roadmap to their show’s success.
Read on to learn more about Brodrick’s work as Director of Digital Media, his favorite songs and snacks, and which goals he hopes to tackle in 2023.
My favorite song is Overtime by The Strike!
I’m currently building out our digital media presence at Three Crowns, which includes our podcast program, where we help other businesses reach their podcasting goals through production and 1-on-1 coaching services.
As of now, my day is also spent producing our new podcast, On the Circuit – which will launch later this month.
I’m Omaha born and raised!
I’ve got a decent Gollum impression.
Brodrick in New Zealand exploring a Hobbit home.
It’d have to be Spanish. Since my whole family is from San Antonio, it’d be nice to be able to learn such a common language in that area.
My team-autographed 2007 San Antonio Spurs championship picture. I used to live in San Antonio with my grandparents, and over the years, my grandpa and I would collect autographs from different players on that team (including the G.O.A.T., Tim Duncan). It’s one of my favorite memories!
I’d have to choose LeBron James – while I’m a Spurs fan, there’s no way we’d stay missing for long if the world can’t find LeBron.
I’ve got to finish my 50-oz water bottle twice each day, so I suppose that!
(Bonus fact: Brodrick is an avid runner, and even competes in marathons).
Music. Whenever I’m jamming, I’m always excited to jump on a new project.
If I’m not working or spending time with the family, you’ll likely find me hosting my Star Wars podcast, Duel of the Ranks, where we rank and review a new piece of Star Wars content each week to decide what story is truly the best from a galaxy far, far away.
My goal for the year is to have the podcast make a BIG splash at Star Wars Celebration out in London this April!
That’s all for now – but you can connect with Brodrick on LinkedIn, check out Duel of the Ranks on Apple Podcasts, YouTube or Spotify, or chat with him about our podcast program, Podium. Check back soon to meet another member of 3C!
