MarketCounsel Ends 2021 with an Epic Return
We made it to our first-ever MarketCounsel Summit this past week, and what a week it turned out to be. The conference featured a heavy focus on behavioral finance and crypto assets—two topics that have been heavy in the news and weigh heavy on many advisors’ minds. Plus, our CEO Johnny Sandquist took part in a panel discussion on marketing effectively to next generation clients. A new survey by Sierra Tucson found that 22% of American workers have been under the influence of marijuana, alcohol, or other drugs during a work call. Instead of looking for ways to “weed” out self-medicating employees, HR Brew recommends you take a more practical approach with offering wellness-tracking apps and checking in more frequently.
Here’s what we’ve been listening to this week.
