Johnny Sandquist Founder and CEO

Bio:

Before founding Three Crowns, I went from being a high school English teacher to a content writer at Orion Advisor Services to a founding member and Content Director at Mineral Interactive. As the CEO at Three Crowns, I lead the overall strategic direction for the campaigns we execute, and most importantly, hire the best and brightest team members to bring those ideas to life. I love helping WealthTech companies refine their message and build products that are helpful to advisors. I was born and raised in Omaha and love life here with my wife, three children and dog. When I’m not working, I write poetry, play guitar, and plan for my next outdoor adventure with my family.

Amber Froendt Operations Manager

Bio:

I studied project management at Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. I was born and raised in Omaha. As the Operations Manager, I help manage the day-to-day workflow of our clients’ projects and keep everything on track and organized. The best part of my job is watching a client’s project come to life right before our eyes, from the very first idea to the execution and results. In my free time, I like to work out, and I have a toy Australian shepherd named Stella!

Kara Guthrie Content Manager

Bio:

A native of Idaho, I’ve spent much of my life exploring the Pacific Northwest before finally settling in beautiful Coeur d’Alene. I’m passionate about reading, traveling, and spending time with my daughters, friends, and my zoo of dogs and cats. When the weather’s perfect, you’ll likely find me outside under a tree with a good book.

One of my craziest adventures was living in a van and traveling around the country in my early 20s—a time that shaped my love for storytelling and exploration. I also have a secret love for spotting typos, which makes content editing a natural fit for me!

Serena Hackett Graphic Designer

Bio:

I’ve always had a creative spark, but it wasn’t until my second year at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that I decided to turn my side passion for design into a career. I love working through a design project and seeing how the visuals evolve from the first iteration to the end, and some of my favorite design projects center around branding, illustration, and layout. Outside of work, you can find me exploring Omaha’s thrift stores or trying out new restaurants around town with my husband. I also love animals (especially cats!) and enjoy traveling to new destinations whenever I get the chance. Another fun fact about me: I’m an Omaha native – and I was born in a car right in front of Bergan Mercy hospital!

Mariah Narduzzo Digital Marketing Specialist

Bio:

I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in May 2022 with my bachelor’s in communications and a minor in public relations and advertising. I enjoy all things marketing and thrive on helping businesses grow. From the limitless ways to connect with an audience to the ever-changing trends and strategies involved, I'm especially passionate about social media marketing. Yes, I will be bothering my coworkers and making them film silly tik-toks.In my free time, I enjoy staying active through pickleball, camping, snowboarding, and literally anything that keeps me busy. I’m also really into puzzles. It’s an addiction; once I start one, I cannot stop.
