CAIS, the platform modernizing how advisors connect their clients with alternative investment opportunities, has received another influx of capital.
This time, Hamilton Lane is the investor, and the raise puts CAIS into “unicorn” status with a valuation of over $1 billion.
Alternative investments, once somewhat difficult to access for the average advisor and investor, are becoming increasingly mainstream with technology platforms like CAIS leading the way.
