Onramp Invest Launches Crypto Platform for Advisors
Onramp Invest officially launched this past week. Onramp is led by Tyrone Ross, one of the most dynamic people in wealth management right now—and he’s surrounded himself with a stacked team with people like Justin Castelli, Caitlin Cook, Craig Uhlenkott, and Torie Happe. Onramp will provide crypto education to advisors and also a platform that allows them to see a client’s crypto assets alongside their more traditional investments. It’s an exciting move forward for the industry that often takes forever to stay up with current trends.
Merrill Lynch: No More Cold Calls, Let’s Try Unsolicited LinkedIn Messages
Upon first blush, you might think this story was about a strategic shift informed by effectiveness, but that doesn’t quite hit the mark. Hey Merrill reps—if you want this thing to work, we’d recommend avoiding automated messages.
Qualified Raises $51 Million so Salesforce Users Can Have Live Conversations with Website Visitors
Ever wish you could reach out to your site visitors in real time when they hit high-value pages on your site? Qualified, a Salesforce app, might be worth checking out. Granted, it’s pricey (starts at $1,200/month), but if you could automatically open a live chat with a visitor who is viewing your pricing page, it might be worth it. It’s not the only tool like this out there, but it’s a first for Salesforce users. Qualified is focused on serving the B2B world at the moment, but we think there could be a use case for advisors, too.
Here’s what we’ve been listening to this week.
