If there was any question whether Schwab was planning to sunset the TD brand anytime soon, that’s been put to rest after they announced they’re investing $100 million in marketing the TD brand. One of the big questions we’ve had here in our hometown of Omaha is what they’re going to call the TD Ameritrade Stadium—where the College World Series happens every year—but it looks like they’re on the hook for another 10 years on their 20-year naming deal. Maybe then Schwab will re-evaluate?

We kind of have a work crush on Andy Crestodina of Orbit Media. They do such great research on the power of content marketing and are masters of breaking down the process in a practical way that removes the “magic.” Their latest piece is no different. They share an extensive marketing funnel and the types of content that helps support every step of the way. It’s a deep dive, but it’s worth the time so you can look at what you already have and where you have holes that need filled.
